Additional guidelines:
The essays that have not been selected have been those that were so general that they could almost have been about anything; changed the subject; were full of praise for which no bases were given; or they simply made no logical or poetic sense.
Whether you write one line or a trilogy, if you write from the heart and keep it real, structure will take care of itself; the content is more important than the wordcount or format of the writing.
This project is also about playing with a reversal of visual art illustrating ideas and histories, and discovering what happens when thoughts, opinions, theories, stories and ideas are created in response to visual art.
